• Your postcode
• Details of your damp problem (as provided by you)

How We Use Your Data

We use your contact information solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry within 1 working day
• Arrange a damp survey if requested
• Provide you with a quote for damp treatment work

We do not use your data for marketing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except the damp specialist who will conduct your survey (if you proceed).

Data Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted. If you proceed with a quote, your data is retained for the duration of the guarantee period (up to 20 years for DPC work) as required for warranty administration.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first. No personal data is collected. No tracking across other websites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Your Rights
